This development is located in Derbyshire.
As the site was considered as open countryside, the planning application process was challenging. It took a number of years to gain planning consent for these dwellings, however we've achieved an eye-catching development.
It is not very often a development of this nature attains planning consent within the countryside. Through careful negotiations with the Planning Officer, the Conservation Officer & the Planning Department we attained a high quality development and are very pleased with the result.
The dwellings are constructed with a brick facade under a tiled roof. We introduced a careful blend of brickwork and rooftiles colours to be sympathetic to the development type and the surrounding area.
The photos show the development is under construction, however we consider that the vision for the development can be seen.
The attention to detail is clearly visible throughout, in our opinion this is a splendid development and it's a credit to the team.
