This development is located in Whitwick, leicestershire.
Our Client presented us with an existing structure that did not fit their requirements, with a brief to create three high end residential dwellings.
We gladly accepted the challenge.
Through careful design & detailing, we achieved a scheme that met our clients expectations and was approved by the planning authority.
The remodelling and extension works were extensive. The scale and complexity of the development presented challenges, however they were all overcome to achieve three striking residences.
The careful use of materials that complement each other was very important in order to achieve the intended appearance. Quality can be seen throughout.
The internal environment creates large open plan living areas, and is suited to modern living requirements.
These units were not not on the market for long, all three were soon sold.
In our opinion we have created three tasteful residences of high quality, and our client seems to agree.
