This development is in the village of Packington, Leicestershire.
Our Client presented us with a parcel of land that was set away from the public highway and their brief comprised the design of four bespoke residential dwellings. This was then increased by an additional two units.
We are pleased to have delivered a product that fits our clients requirements well.
The planning application process was challenging, as these units are of considerable scale and concerns were raised regarding their impact onto the surrounding area and neighbouring properties. Through careful negotiations, planning consent was attained.
A development such as this is somewhat of a rarity and has gained much interest.
Quality can be seen throughout. From the design to the careful use of materials and planting, it all adds to the aesthetics of the development.
In our opinion, this development is exceptional.
