Our Client presented us with a site formed of part of the rear gardens to two existing dwellings. 

Due to the back land nature of this development, we worked closely with the planning officers to attain a suitable scheme that would not be detrimental to the surrounding areas. 

We attained three detached residential dwellings each with their own associated garaging.

The use of quality materials and brick detailing was implemented.

This development won us a Highly Commended Award in 2016 from the Melbourne Civic Society for an outstanding combination of design, detailing, choice of materials and workmanship which complement the area.
