Our Client presented us with this parcel of land and requested a design for five large residential units which would be suitable for this setting.
Through careful design and planning a suitable scheme was achieved.
The use of quality materials and detailing can be seen throughout this development.
A gravel surface finish to the driveway and turning area was implemented to reduce the amount of surface water created.
As the dwellings are set away from the public highway, a pumped foul drainage system was required in order to connect into the existing foul drainage sewer located in the highway.
The dwellings are provided with generous vehicle parking areas and gardens, which complement the rural setting of this development.
In our opinion, this finished product is superb.
This development is located within the village of Snarestone, Derbyshire.
