Due to the listed status of the farmhouse, listed building consent as well as planning consent was required for the proposed works. 

We retained a close working relationship with the conservation officer throughout the build process to ensure works were carried out to the correct style and standard.

The existing buildings were re-pointed with lime mortar. The use of varying roof coverings were applied to add to the character of the development as well as the use of reclaimed brickwork and materials where required. 

A new foul drainage system was applied within the site as well as holding tanks for the storm drainage system. New services were installed where required. 

Understandably the construction process took some time to complete. We are very pleased with the end result.
