This project comprised of five new build detached dwellings on land that was previously outside the limits to development. They each have a vehicular access from the existing road which passes the site frontage. We consider they make a pleasant addition to the local area, what do you think? ....  
Our Client presented us with a site which already had planning consent for five dwellings. It did not however suit our vision. We therefore altered the scheme in line with our requirements and attained the necessary planning consents.  

The appearance of the buildings with their relationship to the neighbouring dwellings and the surrounding area was of concern as we wished our development to positively contribute to the existing street scene. We consider we have achieved this well. 

The use of quality materials and detailing can be seen throughout this development, take a look yourself.

Each dwelling is fitted with an air source heat pump to provide heating & hot water to each dwelling. As the use of gas boilers is becoming concerning, this system provides a sensible alternative. We have also provided solar paneling to some of the roof areas to some of the dwellings.

Private vehicle parking spaces and garaging is provided to all dwellings, with generously sized gardens. A buffer strip of land is provided beyond the rear gardens towards the adjoining open fields, this is intended to create a wildlife buffer zone between the garden areas and the open fields. 

The attention to detail is clearly visible throughout, in our opinion we have created a pleasant & tasteful development.
